SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & MIND-SETS
MUST REQUIRMENTS:

?Thai Nationality Only, Male of Female (the age of 22 to 27) who have the same or higher level of university diploma
?Available for working and well-communication in English : TOEIC score is more than 600 (or its equivalent)
?Passionate / Creative / Positive attitude for any new things to do
?Being able to work on flexible hours / shift as necessary (details to be discussed)
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS:
?The second foreign language skill is quite plus (such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.)
?Majoring in Fine Arts / Media / Communication / Language courses at school
(Creativity / cross-cultural understanding would be a plus.)

?JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Your main roles are;
?To be a hospitable ?Host? of travelers to make them feel relaxed and satisfied
?To help smooth booking for ?guest? throughout careful communication with them on Airbnb and/or similar site
?To welcome ?guest? at front desk & explain the rule/usage of facility to them in your assigned working place
?To create & consider the best ways by yourself for achieving our purpose & object with your report line / any stakeholders
as a responsible partner

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?To be responsible ?Host? on Airbnb and other similar site as quality communicator & supporter for ?Guest ?
?To communicate and support for ?guest? on-line & off-line
On-line (through messaging tools): Reservation process
? Communicating on Airbnb and/or similar site to answer for ?Guest? questions by IT tools
?Helping and Offering to ?Guest? for getting their bookings
Off-line (at front desk of an apartment): Guest service relation and concierge
?Check-in / Check-out assistance for ?Guest? to make their stay comfortable
?Guiding to room or other facilities (sauna, pool, gym) and explaining its usage, rules of apartment
? Giving helpful information to ?Guest? around the area, including restaurant, transportation, amusement...
? Solving a trouble of ?Guest?, if any
?Improving an operational capability of the entire team by reporting and sharing your ideas / thoughts
with your colleagues and Manager of Apartment Management Business
?To be desired more flexible to conduct
?Being able to work in flexible days and hours (2-day a week, 6-day a week, etc.), depending on your requirements
